It has been a busy month here. With Easter coming early this year along with an early spring, our little garden was in need of attention! My tablescape for Easter was inspiration from our garden. As some of you know, daffodils are my favorites. Daffs have long bloomed out here but when I found these beauties at Trader Joe's I knew they would be the perfect blooms for a spring and Easter centerpiece.

As lovely as the weather has been with our early spring, it was suddenly hot! With temperatures in the eighties it was summer, or so I thought. Now we are back in the sixties, perfect weather for tending our garden.

Our garden is beginning to fill in and grow and is such a joy to watch. With each passing summer we've been here our trees are taller, plants and flowers are spreading to cover the beds and our landscaping is finally complete.

Wow, your landscape has filled in nicely and is very inviting. I can't take my eyes off the Faye decorative dessert plates. They look lovely on your beautiful Easter table. Happy spring, and happy gardening Emily.

ReplyDeleteEmily, what a delight to see this post pop up! Your tabletop garden is charming with all the daffodils, bunnies, and eggs. Good ole Trader Joe's to the rescue! I recently purchased two more potted containers of TJ tulips, hyacinths, and daffodils. The plate stack is gorgeous. The decorative dessert plates are such fun! I have the pink and lime green petal placemats, but definitely need to add the yellow. Your Easter table is a stunner. Happy spring!
ReplyDeleteIt's spring in your world for sure and that garden is popping! How I love your Easter tables. And this one is yet another winner with such wonderful creatures in your beautiful centerpiece. I love the yellow for spring and those dessert plates are so unique and pretty. And of course, the bunnies and the eggs! Can't beat it! I just bought more potted bulbs at TJ's yesterday. Isn't it the best? Happy spring!
