Oh my does this tea ever look inviting? Red raspberry iced tea and key lime pie? Girl do you ever know how to treat your guests right. I am SO knocking on the door. We could sip tea, laugh and eat a little pie until our hearts content. Oh thank you for the gorgeous recipe share today. I have never made a key lime pie, but you have inspired me to try. (Then next time my Sis, Marydon comes for a visit, I can make it for her. Wouldn't she be surprised?)

  17. My 22-year-old son just tasted Key Lime Pie for the first time a couple of days ago at a restaurant. Before that, every time I offered it, he wouldn't even want to try it. Well, this must have been the right place and the right time - he LOVED it! He practically ate all of mine and left his chocolate mousse untouched! I guess this might be a good time for me to make it again, huh? Your recipe comes at the perfect time!

  29. Hi Emily,

I really like your blog. I love France and french things, too. I was so sure I would visit there one day when I was learning french in high school. Haven't gotten there yet, but you never know. Your hutch is just wonderful -- I love that style, and the Quimper Faience is simply beautiful. My in-laws have been to France many times; they really love it there.

Thanks for visiting my blog this weekend and for taking time to leave a comment. So glad you enjoyed the photos; I've lived here all my life, but you really see things differently when you start to photograph them. I'll be doing some more posts on Old Salem a little later. Hope you have a great week!
