In the spring we look forward to our annual trip to the beach. Early May we packed and our bags and approximately three hundred miles south and five and half hours later we arrive at our favorite sugar sands beach.
My favorite place to be beachside is
Trips here in the past find us in a beach house, townhouse or condo. This trip we were beachfront in a condo. We love to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view while sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a drink in the early evening before going to dinner. Come along while I share some of my favorite places along this Florida coastal hideaway.
somewhere, anywhere along scenic Highway 30A in the panhandle of Florida's emerald gulf coast. This year we enjoyed a weather perfect week with mild temperatures and lots of sunshine.
My sweet sister did a fun drawing of me, knowing how I still love my beach time!

Emily, what fun! I enjoyed all your beautiful beach photos. I envy you and the sand between your toes. A quiet walk on the beach is a favorite for me. Love the sweet drawing from your sister. Special art! Happy June, my friend. Stay cool and enjoy your summer.
ReplyDeleteOh, your food photos made me wish I was there, as well as all those beach pics!! I have never been to the pan handle and hope to visit some day. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
ReplyDeleteOoh, that is definitely gorgeous sand! I am a beach girl too. This is on my bucket list to visit these Florida white sand beaches. The closest I have gotten to this was on a cruise, but you only get a few hours.
ReplyDeleteGive me the seafood and pizza and those desserts too! What a trip.
Emily, I love seeing the Golden Coast of 30A through your eyes. It's been a number of years, but we stayed in Seaside one year, and I loved it. We drove through Rosemary Beach, and biked through the areas, enjoying the seeing the homes. Walks on the beach were beautiful. Thank you for sharing it. Cute drawing of you by your sister! Happy June!
ReplyDeleteIt has been way too long since I've visited the beaches at 30A. And I see that you visited my Mother Ship: Sundog Books! :D I enjoyed seeing all of your photos of your favorite haunts. I also love seeing the drawing your sister made of you...so cute! There is nothing better on earth than freshly caught blackened grouper. Super photos and lovely post!
